Using this website
These terms apply when you browse this website or submit a request. Please use the website responsibly and provide accurate details when contacting us.
A demonstration project
Aurelia Grove and Aurelia Habitat are fictional identities. Property images, layouts, prices, areas and amenities are illustrative. They do not represent an offer to sell, an approved development, actual availability or a commitment to deliver any property or service. Please also read our project disclaimer.
Enquiries and brochure requests
Submitting a form lets the team review your request and contact you using the details you provide. A brochure request does not start an automatic download. Visit requests need separate confirmation and do not book an appointment or reserve a home.
No online purchases
This website does not take payments, accept bookings or complete property purchases. An enquiry, brochure or conversation does not create a purchase agreement.
Website content
You may browse the website and save materials provided for personal reference. Please do not copy, republish or use the branding, artwork or website content commercially without permission.
Responsible use
Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, share someone else’s contact details without permission, upload harmful content or attempt to interfere with the website or its administration.
External services and availability
Google Maps and other external links are provided for convenience and have their own terms. Website content and features may change, and availability or uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Check relevant details with the business before relying on them.
Your privacy
Our privacy policy explains how form submissions, browser preferences and external services handle information.
Questions and updates
We may update these terms as the website changes. The date above identifies the latest version. If you have a question, contact us.
